Red Bull Music Academy were kind enough to fly me out to Madrid recently to experience the Academy & see what it’s all about.
The academy can be described in one word – Mindblowing.
It’s a custom built haven for music lovers & budding producers where they spend 2 weeks attending lectures, production workshops & making music.
There’s lectures from people like MF Doom, Hudson Mohawke, Artwork & Andrew Weatherall, and most of them play special gigs afterwards.

The academy , which was built inside a massive old slaughter house.
It was full of installations & art from some fantastic Spanish artists.
