I haven’t done a music post in ages, but here’s 5 great tunes I’ve had on repeat religiously for the past week. A mix of hip hop, electronica & jazz.

I joined forces with one of my favourite brands recently to create a little shoot in Dublin using their clothing. I’ve always loved Lazy Oaf & how they just do their own thing, fun, simple, illustration based clothing.

While spending time in Berlin last week I managed to bounce over to the Capsule trade show & have a look at what some great designers were planning to release for their Fall Winter collections this year.
One person whos booth was rammed the entire time was Mark Mcnairy the iconic mens shoe designer from New York. I managed to get a few snaps of some of the great shoes & clothing he’s soon set to release which you can have a look at below. The pattern shorts look amazing.

A great full length documentary on the rise of hip hop in America & how it tied in and was funded by a drug that tore families apart – crack cocaine.
I just checked this out & it’s a great watch, fairly informative & features interviews with Raekwon , Snoop Dog , RZA & more. Have a look below.

Some very interesting videos exploring the weird & wonderful goings on in a city that has always fascinated me – Tokyo. In the fantastic series of mini documentaries we get to have a look into the world of humanoid robots, the Japanese dancehall scene & a little look at the fantastic japanese streetwear brand – Neighbourhood.
